This incredibly unique coffee from the mountains of Tanzania is specifically grown to yield an unusually large amount of peaberries. Peaberries occur when only a single coffee been is harvested from within the coffee cherry, rather than the normal two beans. Significantly denser, Tanzania peaberry offers a mellow cardamom start and smooth coffee essence followed by a distinctive black cherry and currant finish.
