Medium Bodied - Medium Acidity
This organic, fair trade coffee is grown on the Aprocassi Co-Op and is wet processed and sun dried on patios using terra cotta bricks made using an ancient Incan technique. It is grown way up in the Andes Mountains not far from Machu Pichu and is harvested by nearly all indigenous descendants of the Incan civilization. The Co-Op of Aprocassi is a fair trade co-op that ensures a fair price paid to all of its farmers. Much of the money from the sale of this coffee supports the building of schools, health clinics and additional resources that help create a Happy Community.
This coffee boasts a smooth body and crisp acidity with a sweet, floral aroma and good fruit tones with a crisp, balanced aftertaste. It is one of our best selling medium roast coffees as it has a fairly bold body and diverse flavors to make a perfectly balanced cup of coffee.
